Appearance: Pours a slightly hazy (50% clarity) light golden color with a strong white head. SRM of 5. (3.75)

Aroma: Strong bread, malts, Belgian spices, tropical, grapefruit, and passionfruit. (3.50)

Flavor: Strong flavors of wheat with a strong and juicy passionfruit and grapefruit, citrus sweet finish. (3.25)

Feel: Medium body, average carbonation, finishes, tart, fruity, and sweet. (3.25)

Compared to Avery White Rascal 2/2024: Pours similar, slightly lighter. Stronger aromas. Far more passionfruit and grapefruit citrus. Less bread and coriander.

Overall: Tons of passionfruit and grapefruit flavors. Tart and juicy. Too much though and sort of overpowers any remnants of a witbier in this one. (Rating: 3.34)

Smell: juicy hops, citrus, strong Passionfruit and light toasted wheat malt
Taste: Sweet Passionfruit with hint of acidity. Light wheat malt. Passionfruit lingers in the finish, leading way to doughy malt.
Feel: Silky mouthfeel with gentle carbonation and smooth finish
Overall: Great wheat ale. Easy sipper with moderate complexity and very refreshing

L: Hazy almost straw yellow, foamy, glossy.

S: Smells good. Plenty of wheat and yeast. A little bit of fruity juice, peel, and spice to help it along.

T: I like the strain of yeast they used. It's less on the banana and no noticeable bubblegum is how I can tell. It's definitely passionfruity. The juice hits my palate, followed by orange peel, followed by a savory wheat finish colored with coriander.

F: It has a juicy mouthfeel, probably from an actual fruit. It's rather dry on the finish, especially for wheat, a bit tart from the various adjuncts--So juicy and tart would be a good way to describe it--It invites you back for another sip. The ABV is rather high for how light it feels.

O: I don't want to be unfair to this beer. I'm not a fan of adjuncts from the start. I will at least take time to note the difference between adjunct and artificial. There do not seem to be artificial ingredients present. It's plenty fine.

Poured from a tap on a beer wall. Very heady, I/2 glass of foam with with a lemonade colored, hazy body. Very nice aroma/ malted wheat, bananas & tropical fruit. Mildly sour with a hint of bitterness. Very nice flavor: malted wheat, yeast, bananas, passion fruit & lemon. plenty of carbonation. Refreshing & thirst quenching. Excellent.

Quite refreshing on this very hot day! It seems like it's definitely meant to drink cold. An interesting combination of wit and sour styles. The sourness overpowers some of the clove flavors I like in a witbier, but it's good for what it does!
