Thanks to Nate for this... Wow, a really good Avery sour, would love to try this again... pours a watery red brown with a light off white head, but watery... the nose is mostly sour cherries, a little simple but nice... taste has more going on, a very nice sharp tart bite, cherries, oak a bit of wine texture... get this

On tap for Churchill's Renaissance 2013 at Churchill's Pub & Grille in San Marcos, CA.
Pours a hazy copper with a foamy beige head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Foamy streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is sour and tart with some fruity and acidic aromas. Taste is much the same with a sour fruity flavor on the finish. There is a medium amount of acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a very good beer with some nice sour flavors that make it easy to drink.
