A - Monsterous four finger plus pillowy and fluffy off-white head over a hazy bronze brew. Lots of nice lacing on the glass and lots of little fish food particles of yeast are floating around.
S - Hoppy, fruity. Passionfruit, citrus, and tropical flowers. Lots of yeasty aromas too.
T - Very yeasty, peppery, and fruity. Bitter rye-like flavor along with tropical fruits and flowers. Hops are very prevalent, but play second fiddle to the yeast....this reminds me a little bit of a Belgian pale ale in it's yeast characteristics. Taste a little bit like a rye beer too.
M - Medium bodied, slick, and wet. Neutral finish...maybe leaning towards the dry side. A little bit overcarbonated IMO.
D - An excellent session brew. Not too bitter, floral and fruity, very thirst quenching.
