"Celebrating nineteen years of brewing could kind of get overlooked what with the big 2-0 coming. But we will never forget 2011! Not only was it our largest growth year ever, but we also began designing our new brewing facility! In excited anticipation of 20 years and the new brewery, we concocted this very traditional, yeast driven dry and fruity Tripel." Brewed in the style of a Belgian Tripel Ale. Released in 2012 as a one-off anniversary release, available in 22 oz. bottles and on limited draft.

Poured from a 22 oz. bottle to a tulip glass. Served above 46º Fahrenheit.

(Appearance) Pours a crisp foamy head of a ivory color over a medium-hazy golden amber body. Subtle Retention is above average and lacing is light and streaked. 4

(Smell) Wheat, pilsner malts, honey, spiced bread and white grape juice. Mildly sweet and potent aroma, very effervescent. 3.75

(Taste) Flavors of wheat malts, biscuity grains, fermented honey and a vinous fruit profile of white grape, peach and a touch of citrus rind. 3.75

(Mouthfeel) The texture is slick, mildly viscous and medium dry. Carbonation generates spritely bubbles for a medium crisp mouthfeel. Body is medium+ for the style, medium/heavy overall. Balance is slightly peppery and grainy over sweet. Alcohol presence is moderate, there are no notable off-characters. 4

(Overall) It's a fairly solid Tripel ale with a good deal of malt body, vinous fruit character and syrupy sweetness. 8.23% may seem a bit mild but this drinks surprisingly light. 4
