So, and still, thanks to aschwab, I've still got a few more thanks to give that dude and well deserved they are too.
I liked this change of pace beer. I'd been going on with tougher american examples which are all fantastic but it's refreshing to see america can pull off other, milder things- and got another decent impression from Avery.
Pour is somewhere between a wit and a weizen. The body is much tanner than I'd anticipated even up against a light- burnt yellow tanned, very much opaque and active; however the head is shiny, impeccably white much like those beautiful witbier types. holds for a while and is thick and cushion-y.
Smell is very good, if not the best part. extremely citrusy. you can feel the lime zesty feel from a distance- a well blended hop-to-wheat combo that overwhelms the nose. I'm becoming all seasonal, but this thing smells like summer, of sorts. it doesn't give off any sweetness whatsoever. It's pure fruit.
The taste and mouthfeel didn't kill me, though. they're good, but not exceptional. first off a very short lived wheat taste to it when you're already tasting the hops. and soft felt too, not the type of hop seemingly blending into the beer too much. It has an almost cough-syrupy sweetness to it at the end that I can't quite describe but it rescues it somewhat from being all too bland. The alcohol is as expected- nonexistent- and it's not too thick and rather carbonated making it sort of soda-ish.
Overall it's not a bad beer but I can ascertain there's better wits out there. However it does have a couple of interesting things to it somewhere.

Appearance: A hazy straw color. No head retention or lacing. Not a very attractive beer at all.
Nose: Banana, clove, and spice. A tiny bit of lemon.
Taste: Same as the nose but with some crispy mouthfeel. A bit more lemon in the taste.
Taste: A very popular beer, and good in terms of style adaptation.
