[Suggested Glassware: Weizen Glass]
The pour was a hazy medium yellow with an average (1-2 finger) white fizzy head that was mostly lasting, eventually reducing to a puddled film and medium collar with fair spotty lacing.
The aroma was of a light grain malt, floral hops and a heavy earthy yeast with notes of coriander and citrus.
The taste was lightly bitter and rather yeasty from the beginning and finished about the same with a nice distinct spicy citrus taste towards the end. The flavor lasted an average time after the swallow with a lightly spicy citrusy yeast taste left lying on the taste buds.
Mouthfeel was light in body and somewhat watery in texture with a light fizzy carbonation.
Overall this was a very tasty and refreshing Witbier which had a nice balance of spice and citrus, thus making this the perfect example of a great summer time brew...
