On tap at the Rackhouse Pub, served in a New Belgium tulip glass for some reason. I'm reminded why this beer got me back into wit beers after one too many Blue Moons.
Appearance: A hazy deep gold color. It almost glows. White head.
Smell: Big fruity Belgian phenols. A little spice.
Taste: Creamy banana, more strong Belgian fruitiness. Maybe they used an abbey yeast. Whatever they did, it tastes fantastic. Some orange and spice.
Drinkability: Tastes so good, I could drink it all day.
Serving type: on-tap
