Christmas gift, being enjoyed a few weeks later after a pasta dinner.

Pours a hazy light gold/straw color with less than one finger almost white head.

Nose is sweet, wheaty, slightly citrusy, and has notes of apple and blueberries.

Taste is sweet with slight hints of orange, tropical fruit, and a bit of sweet spice. Wheat body is very noticeable, but enjoyable. Crisp finish with wheaty sweet aftertaste and moderate to low carbonation.

Overall this is well-rounded, tasty, and sessionable. Would drink again if the time and place were right!

12 oz can served cold into a pint glass.

White rascal is a very pale yellow color with a hazy clarity. The head is thick at first after a vigorous pour but settles quickly.

Aroma is sweet, slightly citrusy, and a Belgian yeast brings a little bit of banana.

Flavor is mild with similar character smelled in the aroma. Lemon, banana, and vanilla cake.

Mouthfeel is very light in body and mild in carbonation.

Overall sort of an unusual beer. No where near what the best wits offer but an ok beer for a summer afternoon.
