Pretty solid Belgian White - more white than Beligian. Pours a yellowish with a thin white had that dissipates quickly. Brew retains some carb bubbling however. Smell is diominated by Belgian spices - coriander and some ginger. Tastes matches the nose with a well balanced wheat backbone. Solid brew. Nothing special, easy to drink.

Drank on 4/13/12 Friday the 13th beer.
Poured from bottle to pint glass

appearance : A cloudy yellow much like the skin of a lemon. Hardly any head with no retention but some bubbles forming through the brew.

smell: I like the initial herb hit. Reminds me of Christmas, but then the crispness of the beer and citrus notes bring me to springtime.

taste: It's very light and extremely drinkable. Hardly any alcohol taste. Flavors on the front are herbs and wheat and light malt, back end is lemon zest and a small amount of bitterness. The taste accompanies the aroma perfectly.

mouthfeel: So light bodied. Medium carbonation. Smooth as silk.

overall: A very good spring time witbier with Belgian touch. I'm going to like touring through Avery's beers.

Extremely hazy and extremely pale straw color (can't see through the extremely pale beer at all). Sticky bright white head. Sweet and heavy banana bread on the nose. Some clove and nuts. Touch of underlying fruit.

Thick creamy mouthfeel. Banana nut muffin taste through out with a spicy coriander and clove bite on the finish. Hops present just enough to cut everything to make for a clean finish. Noticeable yeast presence but its quite nice. Tasty brew available in cans and highly drinkable. I'm into it.

Pours a very pale yellow with good head and great lacing, smells very loud.. if that makes any sense.. all sorts of herbal and spice notes with citrus and grass, not exactly something i loved but it sure was interesting. Taste was funky and there was a lot going on, funky on the tongue.

Overall this was an okay beer
