Poured into a standard pint glass. The beer is a hazy straw yellow color. A white head dissipates to a fog quickly. Random lacing clings to the glass. The beer smells overwhelmingly spicy. The beer tastes floral and spicy. Banana, coriander, and a biscuit note. The mouthfeel is fairly light bodied.

Overall, this is a tasty brew, but it certainly is strong in the spice department.

12oz can. Pours a pale golden yellow with a large lasting fluffy white head. Aroma and Taste of sweet citrus, lemon, some banana, grassy hay , light malt and slightly tart flavor with some bitter notes. Light body and crisp mouth feel on the palate with some good carbonation. Finish is light malt, belgian yeast sweet citrus,a bit of zesty lemon and some banana flavor along with some light tartness and bitter notes on the end for balance. Overall a good, crisp and nicely balanced ale

A: Slightly hazy yellow color with very minimal head that dissipates to a thin veil all around the edges.

S: Not very much going on here. Some spices typical of a Belgian Witbier, some coriander and peppery notes as well as the yeastyness. Would be more enjoyable if they were more noticeable.

T: Very nice blend of grassy wheat and maltyness. Spice note is clearly defined with coriander and peppery flavor of candied ginger. Get some real sweetness at the end, like a mixture of banana or pear. Really enjoyable, the taste made up for the lack of nose and head.

M: Average carbonation works well with the spiceyness. After taste lingers and the ABV is barely noticeable.

O: Not a bad witbier at all. Was slightly disappointed with the lack of aromas but the taste made up for it in spades.
