This was my first visit to an Anthony's Coal Fired pizza. I was quite impressed. I am not a resident of Orlando, but having been to several business outings and just returning from Disney, Orlando doesn't seem to be a mecca of beer. This place certainly stands out amongst the thorns in the bullrushes.

The draft selection was all craft and locally concentrated. Cigar City made up half of the offerings. The server seemed to know a little bit about beer, although I slightly cringed when he informed our party that CC Madura brown tasted like Newcastle. They also had Jai Alai on draft.

The pizzas were delicious. My only complaint is that the cauliflower pizza (yes I said cauliflower) was very very salty. The meat pizza was great and we had a cheese pizza that was delicious also.

For as big and vast as Orlando is, the beer environment is horrid. This place certainly is worth a trip.
