I was in the area and finally found this place open (They were closed the last time I made the trek).
Great little bare area with maybe 7 beers on tap for sampling and growler fills. 3 bottles to go as well. Samples area buck a piece, two sizes of growlers, friendly albeit flustered woman behind the bar. There was bus tour there today as well as regular folk like myself. I didn't get to see the brewery which I assume is behind the bar, glass would be nice there. I would return if in the area.

This once great brewery has gone down the toilet. They stabbed their brewer in the back and fired him for no reason. They also changed a name of a beer he brewed and gave no credit to a collaborator who did much of the work and put his own money into the beer.
The owner won't give you the time of day when you walk in. He's not in it for the customer, just himself.

Stopped by on a Saturday, and was at the bar while a tourbus group was in there. Great atmosphere with lots of lobster themed stuff all over the place. Great music playing while you hang out, also. The bartenders were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and the owner stopped by to chat beer styles and business with me a couple of times. Feels amazingly comfortable and enjoyable in there. 4 beers on-tap to sample and/or get growler fills to go. 750mL and 64 oz growlers available, and at one point they had 32 oz growlers, and they will still fill them, although they are not currently available for purchase. If you get hungry the Community Oven is next door. Awesome place, really solid beers, and absolutely worth a visit if you are ever anywhere in the vicinity.

This place is kind of hard to find. It is tucked in the back corner of a small plaza on Route One in Hampton. It has a cool blue vibe when you walk in to go with the blue lobster theme I am guessing. The bar tender was very quick and pleasant. I was surprised to see how many people were at the bar trying the beers.
Last year the beer was great. This year it was not as good.

Establishment was clean and comfortable. A number of patrons in early to get their growlers filled. Staff friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. I partook in apx six generous samplers. Stalkholm Syndrome reminded me so much of GumballHead being from FFF country. Their Berliner Weissbier and the rye porter also stood out. Ended up getting a few 750ml as I was traveling. No food available. Town itself is very nice with good restaurants and beaches nearby. Definitely going back as traveling allows in the future. Check facebook for their schedule before going.

Alewife and I stopped by here a few weeks ago. We had hit Portsmouth, and thought we would swing by here for a quick look-see. Located on the east side of Route 1, not far from 101, it is in a typical, New England stripmall setting.
Very modern unit, enter at the front left for the Lobster, which is about right in the middle of the L-shaped building. Place is a decent sized rectangle, with lots of tables and chairs, and nice light from the large windows. Decor is upscale and comfy. At the rear left is a counter with cash-register, plus the WCs. At the rear right is a counter with the bier taps. We got a paddle sampler of their five biers, at about 3oz each in a mini-snifter. Cost was $5.00 total. We had the scotch ale, rye porter, Stalkholm, Gold Claw, and one other that escapes me. Porter and Scotch were real nice; the others being solid but unspectacular. Got a growler of the Scotch Ale for later as well. Had decent music playing, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stop by if near again, for sure. Prosit!
