I got this from a self made mixed 6 pack from the super target in Frisco. It por3d a nearly opaque amber with off white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent includes chocolate waits. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with chocolate presence. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a decent beer.

Appearance:
Dark copper, lots of particles. Medium carbonation rising. Small head.
Aroma:
Rich bready malt, brown bread, slight toasty.
Taste/Finish/Body:
Very rich, malty, brown bread, some caramel. Some dark fruit character, figs and prunes. Finish is sweet and dry. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, smooth, slight alcohol warmth.
Overall:
It's a good example of a Bock style.

Dark amber color. Strong caramel smell. Taste is well balanced -- malt sweetness dominates but does not overpower. Easy drinking, feels lighter than it could be. Overall good choice and would get again.
