Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a pint glass.
A - clear amber color with very little head that goes away quickly, leaving no trace.
S - Slighty malty sweet with some floral and citric hop notes.
T - Bitterness fades quickly to make way for the similarly short-lived hoppy kick, fading into a malty backdrop. This is suppose to be an IPA? I've had Pilseners that have been hoppier.
M - Decent body and lots of carbonation, so it's at least easy to drink.
D - The ABV is a tad high, but otherwise this is a very easy drinking brew.
Overall - I guess you could consider something like this 'training wheels' for someone who wants to get into craft brews but is not ready for the torrent of hops that are IPA's and DIPA's. But to the hardcore craft drinker, this is a fairly standard Pale Ale that definitely did not come from India.
