Nice look from a moderate pour: cloudy light orange under a decent white head.
Downhill from there.
Not much smell, but what is there is okay for style, though a bit more sour than expected.
Taste is too sour. Everything else is there, though quite minimal, but the sour dominates.
Mouthfeel is decent.
Drinkability is okay, but why?

Appearance: Pours a clear golden color with a one finger head that leaves some lacing
Smell: A little bit bready, with some grain
Taste: Bready and grainy, with a bit of a twang by mid-palate; the flavors fade a bit in the aftertaste but stay consistent
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation
Drinkability: Easy to drink but not particularly interesting; a thirst quencher

This stuff is very wheaty. A whole lot of hefe going on, more IPA feeling than American. You can almost taste the straw, and you can almost see it too with the clouded yellow color. It's a nice appearance, and it does taste how it looks. I wouldn't say it's too heavy, but I wouldn't want to drink more than a couple, especially on a warm summer day. I'll try Dundee again, but maybe give something else a try.

Review from BeerAdvocate magazine Vol. II Issue VII:
Part of the revamped lineup, the marketing is sly, as the back label is upside-down to try and get the consumer to tip the bottle to read it, which pulls the sediment from the bottom and makes the beer cloudy. Wheat beer or American-style Hefeweizen? It's easier to say--and explain--"wheat beer."
Cloudy straw-beige hue from the sediment. The head retention is pretty damn awesome, but that's no surprise from a wheat beer. Clean beery smell, slight ale aroma of fruitiness, wild flowers and a fermented wheat twang. Clean palate, medium body with a lush crispness and smoothness. A neutral wheat flavor melds with a chalky yeast flavor that drops notes of pear and white grape skin. Herbal hop bitterness and flavor balance out the modest maltiness. Wheat comes off very bready with a mild huskiness from the barley. The finish is slightly dry.
An ease to drink, perhaps easier to drink than most American wheat beers without an unwanted lemon wedge thrown in our glasses. Sessionable is what this beer is, a no-brainer beer to pass the night away.

I say about this beer what I'll say about all of Dundee's beers: If you want to teach someone about beer, by some Dundee styles and train them on what are simple examples of the various styles. This is more of a Hefe- versus an American wheat as I would have guessed. With low ABV, drink away on a summer day.

Review from notes, drank about a month ago...
Pours a semi-hazed straw color with a finger of fluffy ivory colored head. Great lacing & good head retention
S: Plenty of grassyness & breadyness
T: Grassyness, lemon hops & grainyness up front. Dryness, & grainy notes dominate as this warms, a long a slight bready sweetness. Finishes grainy & watered down, fell apart at the end...
MF: Light bodied with soft carbonation, really thins out at the end
Drinks alright for a summer quencher, but I believe this is a one & done

Poured from a bottle poured into a Sniffer
Look: looks like any other wheat beer with a light yellowish orange color. Almost no head.
Smell: has some wheat and lemon but very hard to smell anything else
Taste: the wheat is over powering and can't taste much else.
Feel: very smooth but needs more carbonation
Drink: very light, seems like a alright beer for after mowing

Poured from a brown 12 oz. bottle. Has a cloudy golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is mild, some lemons. Taste is bitter, some lemons, a touch of hops. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and has average drinkability. Overall this is a decent beer.
