A: Just shy of clear - a tad hazy. A tad darker than typical pilsners too dark brass/gold. White foam has decent retention.
S: Nice bready smell dominates, slight hops in the aroma - more please.
T: Biting Hops up front linger into later in the flavor. Mot much malt, just there slightly. Very dry finish. Quite bitter. A tad too imbalanced towards hops.
M: Bitter and dry with slight hearty malt in the mid-mouth.
O: Tasty, but too hoppy/strong for Czech or German pilsner and not enough to be a double pilsner. Good nonetheless in the area in betwen. Good lookin'. Smell and taste are not entirely consistent.
