Made "using English two-row barley malt and English caramel malt with American Simcoe hops for bittering. Zythos hops (a Hop Union blend) were used for late kettle (close to the end of the boil), whirlpool and dry-hopping." IBU = 32
Clear red-amber; small but durable head.
Aroma of caramel and light malts with a hint of golden raisins.
Excellent sweet/bitter balance with a touch of sweet malt up front and a mildly bitter (and hoppy) finish.
Slightly more hoppy than usual for style.
Serving type: growler
