On tap at the brewery on December 27, 2014.

Unfiltered pale yellow pour. Modest head.

Lots of New Zealand grapefruit and citrus hops on the nose.

Medium but chewy texture.

Like the nose those citrus, floral, and grapefruit characters permeate the flavor through and through. A hop head delight. (301 characters)

Slight haze in the copper, golden color.
Smells of piney, resiny hop with a slight sweetness.
Tastes similar to the nose. New Zealand hops are very present and leave a piney lingering aftertaste.
Mouthfeel is full and carb is appropriate.
Overall very drinkable and flavorful apa the new Ealand hops are a great addition and help this beer stand out from most EEB offerings. (375 characters)

First had: on tap at Earth Eagle

Poured a hazy golden color with a small cap of white head that retained as a ringlet and left a few dots of lacing on the glass. Brilliant aroma of citrus and tropical fruit. I love Nelson Sauvin hops more the more I try them. Taste was crisp and fresh with hops, lemon, grapefruit, pineapple, toasty pale wheat malts for a delicate balance, keeping the bitterness in check. Hop-dominant, but still clearly an APA and not an IPA. Very nice. Light-medium body, moderate carbonation, and extremely drinkable. Quite possibly the best beer in Portsmouth (and maybe all of New Hampshire) right now. (629 characters)
