Hazy golden orange in color, soapy white head that recedes to a thin layer. Outstanding lacing on the glass throughout the tasting.
Huge hop profile here; dank, citrus, tropical fruits, forest pine, resin, and a warming sweetness from the malts.
Balance on the palate is unreal. Restrained bitterness, sweet malt backbone lends way to the resin/tropical citrus/floral character previously mentioned. Really complex in terms of hop usage, while still balancing in both sweet malts and high drinkability.
Mouthfeel is soft, slight dryness and bitterness linger at the finish. Light-medium body and carbonated to style.
Stellar beer here. Extremely fresh, right from the source and cannot be beat with the hop complexity that it bouts as an American Pale Ale. A must try!

From 01/31/15 notes. On tap at some steakhouse in Marco Island, Florida. 16 oz. pour in a pint glass.
Pours a murky burnt orange color with one inch of off white head and moderate carbonation evident. Pale malts, fruity malts, stale beer a little bit, burnt malts, light citrus. Not much to it. Medium body and low carbonation.
Overall a pretty average pale ale. Wouldn't seek it out again.

I tried this amazing local brew at the brewery on a tour.
A- This has a hazy, unfiltered appearance. Typical APA color is present.
S- This beer smells awesome. There are tropical fruits on the nose due to the unique blend of hops.
T- Absolutely delicious! I am not typically a fan of heavily hopped beers, but this blend is just great. Tropical fruits, a touch of wheat as well as some caramel are noticeable.
M- Medium carbonation and not watery at all. Works well with the flavor.
O- This beer is just awesome. If you are ever in Naples or the vicinity, give this a go.
