Growler purchased from the brewery just a few hours ago. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a half inch of head. Some lacing. The aroma is a big whiff of tropical and citrus fruits. Some light floral hop hints but the fruit aroma is the main star. The taste is of bitter citrus peel and more floral hops than the aroma indicated. Some tropical fruits as well. Grapefruit near the end along with more floral notes. Medium bodied with a fair amount of carbonation. Bitterness throughout. Very drinkable. Good mix of floral and citrus hop flavors. Overall, well done and worth grabbing again.

Happy to check out one of CT's newer breweries yesterday and was not dissapointed. Filtered DIPA poured into a snifter. There is a nice fluffy head to the pour with minimal lacing. The hue is a very nice gold. The nose is tropical fruits and citrus which goes right into the taste. I get some pineapple and mango with a nice slighly bitter finish of lemon zest. Mouthfeel is very crisp with some very nice carbonation. Alchohol is very well hidden at about 8+%. There are alot of new breweries popping up in CT. This is one to be reckoned with!
