Slightly hazy yellow golden color with a huge thick head with eternal retention.
Intense aroma with lots of banana and cloves and a mild hint of oranges.
Nice flavor with notes of oranges, banana, cloves, yeast and mild herbal taste. Some yeast chalkiness. Dry aftertaste with a mild but perceivable herbal hop note.
Light to medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Refreshing Weiss, not super complex, but faithful to style. It does not have a unique personality, which is hard anyway for the style but it is sure flavorful. Though, I liked the somewhat slightly higher herbal note.
