Appearance: About a finger width of white foam. Hazy straw color with a slight bit of cloudiness. Not much lacing.
Smell: A spicy aroma with some floral hops in the background.
Taste: A slight bitter hops taste with some biscuit malt. Not a lot of rye, but a very nice balance. I really appreciated that the beer was served somewhat warmer than the more typical ice cold taps. The warmer temperature brought out the flavors nicely.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, silky mouthfeel with a bit a body. Good amount of carbonation.
Drinkability: A very drinkable, tasty beer. With only 4.2 ABV, it makes an excellent session beer. I appreciate brewers that turn out a delicious beer with a relatively low ABV.
