There's gonna come a point in time when these beers from Prairie will just be to hard to get. Until then, I will count myself lucky to try gems like this!
Pours like hydraulic fluid, some traces of carbonation can be seen despite the ebony color, one finger of caramel colored head. Insane lacing & head retention
S: Carob, coconut, dark chocolate & vanilla
T: Vanilla, coconut, caramel, dryness & dark chocolate all open strong, a little bit of cayenne pepper burn. More vanilla, pepper heat, chocolate, caramel & coffee notes as this warms. Finishes with mocha, charred grain in small doses, more vanilla, pepper burn, cakeyness, caramel & dryness
MF: Thick, warming with soft carbonation, thins out a touch as this warms, very warming
ABV is masked nicely. Even better than Bomb in many ways, a hell of a compliment. Another World Beater from Prairie! Please make this as much a possible Healey Bros....
