A - Bright golden, hazed, white head is fluffy with great retention and lacing.

S/T - Farmhouse funk, yeast, grass, hay, lemon peel citrus. Smells a little more diverse than the flavor.

M - Light body, very high carbonation creates a voluminous, fluffy mouthfeel. Bone dry finish, little spiciness. A little too carbonated to make it "sessionable."

O - Branded to be sessionable as per the label, but the extremely high carbonation takes away from that a bit, making it a sipper. Overall, a very good saison.

Hazy, golden straw appearance. Sea foam-like head.

A: Esters, yeast, straw, white pepper, floral

T: Zesty, straw, grass, dry finish

M: Light, effervescent, appetizing

O: Outstanding, incredibly drinkable but with depth. Great offering from Prairie

Nice lil summertime brew they have here...
Floral and fruit up front with a bit of spice out back.
This one is quite a pleasure to sip on a hot night or even better with spicy food.
This is very close in taste to Russian River Damnation for almost half the price.
Thumbs up Oklahoma!
