Yellow with big dense head.
All Mosaic hop.
Citric, which makes it acidic, and at first all lemon water. Bready, yeasty once it comes together and bretts not a focus. I'm not all in on hoppy saisons but I am coming around. That said, I can't help but wish the yeast was Belgian. Easy going daytime beer that I'd go back to. Better than Birra.
On the thinner side.
