2014 vintage; drank 11/5/14 @ the Yarchives.
Murky orange hue. HUGE off-white head (careful pouring!); frothy, tree-rung lace.
Dandelion & mild orange citrus nose.
Medium thin mouthfeel.
Dry dandelion, mild clove & mild orange citrus flavors; a dry, champagne-like finish.
A unique, drinkable take on the Saison that's a bit too dry for its own good.

Pours an effervescent & very hazed amber with 3 fingers of ivory colored head. Stays hazed, good head retention & above average lacing
S: Grassy & yeasty, peppery, jammyness once warm
T: Follows the nose, with faint cakeyness up front, along with dryness. Woodyness, jammyness, dryness as this warms, plus pears, appricots & a little Aspirin once warm. Finishes, jammy, dry, & woody
MF: Medium body, slight carbonation , alright balance
Heard a lot about this beer, honestly, its okay at best, drinks easy enough for a 7% ABV Saison
