Smells wonderful - hops, floral, pleasant. But, a bit bitter initially with lots or coriander on the finish.

Wow, really nice hoppy saison here, huge head, nice bready tart grape, powdered donut, grass, wheat, juicy, funky, creamy, smooth. Refreshing, delicious.

Holy mother this beer is sour, tart and dank. Very musty and acidic. I just couldn’t get through more than a few swallows. Started off great, looks amazing, slightly hazy golden with loads of fluffy white head and some spotty lingering lacing. Smells of yeast, malt, sour fruit and some biscuit. But the taste was just over-the-top sour, dank, funky, acidic. I’m a huge fan of Prairie but this style just didn’t do it for me.

A: Poured into a tulip glass to a hazed golden orange topped by a dense two finger white head which retains very well and leaves excellent lacing
S: Smells of funk, lemon zest, fresh cut grass, and a little tartness
T: Taste is a little lemony followed by some barnyard funk with some horseblanket. Hint of tartness and slight grassyness. White pepper comes in as well as some other spicy notes. Swallow is more funk, light lemony tartness, peppery spice and more grassy notes with a hint of hay and barnyard.
M: This beer has a moderate amount of body with a slightly creamy mouthfeel. Carbonation is effervescent and just slightly prickly while the beer has a drying finish.
O: Wow. This is one well made saison. Great flavors and complexity helps to keep things interesting. This one seems to do everything right in my mind and it's pretty approachable. Nothing is too in your face and the beer has a great amount of balance. Definitely worth trying if you fan find it.

L great
S lovely

F Bubbly, I mean a lot of carbonation. Pour carefully like an Orval.
O Excellence beer but it's price and the size bottle in comes in is a big negative for me. Package this and your Funky Gold Citra in four packs please!
