1 pt. 9 fl.oz. bottle, from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 5.4%. Slightly hazy brownish golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of lactic acid, oranges and spices. Medium sour flavour, lactic acid dominates, notes of spices, hints of oranges.

Orange, cloudy, funky wild raw taste and aroma that could only be described as rodent pheromone. Gose all the way. Hard find. Get it if you can. A bier only a Mutter could lieb.

Amber off orange pour. Medium carbonation, with a small white head, which dissipates quickly. The nose is malty, tart, funky, and a small amount of the citrus/coriander that's advertised. The flavor is biscuit, some sweetness, citrus, coriander, and yeast.

Light amber, head dissipates and leaves nary a trace; Aroma is mild and citrusy. Taste is quite sour, but not excessively so. I think I've had only one gose before and I'm not a fan. It's just too tart for me

Prairie Artisanal Ales is just phenomenal! They are simply the masters of farmhouse ales, gose and American sours. Never had them so good.
This gose is excellent not only for being a gose but for its character: strong, intensive, citrus fruit, enough body, not too light, not too sour, not too carbonated, all feels oh so natural.
It is a challenge to describe these goses and sours, as they are like pieces of spontaneous art, improvisation and true wisdom. This is really a treasure again, makes me want to seek their Farmhouse Ales out more and more. Loving Prairie, serious stuff!
