500 ml bottle. Served in a tulip, the beer pours a cloudy straw gold color with a frothy couple inch white head that sticks around for a very long time. There's also a good amount of lacing. The brew smells like bready malt, yeast, grass/hay, pears, funk and some lemon peel. Taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some green grapes/white wine and some citrus. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's crisp and also well carbonated. The soft carbonation helps make this brew very smooth and easy to drink. 'Merica is a pretty good brew, I certainly liked it. Definitely worth a try if you come across some. $10.99 a bottle.

I didn't know anything good came out of Oklahoma, then I tried this beer at When Pigs Fly. What a nice beer!
In a snifter the beer was a cloudy dark yellow color with a large bright white head. There was a small amount of lace.
Earthy aroma, some spice and citrus.
A wow! for the taste. Earthy hops. Coriander. Grapefruit and orange peel. Tropical fruit/melon.
Tart, refreshing. I could drink a lot of these.

NYE bottle share at Proof courtesy of Rachel. Pours an opaque creamy yellow. Tons of white frothy head. Head holds really well and by the time I finished the sample, the head was still holding. Aroma is straight floral hops and grass. Such a great, but unique smell. Taste is floral hops with a good amount of banana behind it. Nice high carbonation and medium-thick body.

Thanks, wagenvolks and xpimptastikx!
A cloudy dark straw and golden. Moderately-sized, creamy, small-bubbled near-white head. Dots of stick left down the glass. Pretty.
A very dramatic Nelson hop presence in the aroma. Lots of floral and grapefruit character touched by mild, leafy marijuana character. The Prairie house yeast, which seems a lot like Brett, combines nicely with the distinct, strong Nelson hop presence.
The flavor is really incredible. Beers like this are why I seek out new and exciting beers from interesting breweries. The Nelson hop presence is distinct and expressive, much like in Alpine's IPA. Floral, grapefruit, marijuana, cracker malt, and mild sweetness present dramatically, but are complemented by a distinct, earthy Brett yeast character as well. Mild bitterness. The yeast character lingers on and on. Wonderful.
Medium, creamy body. Moderate carbonation. Perhaps I would like a bit more carbonation.
Fantastic. I love this brewery.

Appears cloudy golden peach, white head with fine speckled around the sides of my glass. Aroma tart funky yeast, bright lemon with a hint of band aid and medicinal quality. Flavor is citric lemony with grassy hay earthiness, medicinal phenolics. A bit of funky band aid and tangy yogurt notes, the body is medium with flowing carbonation. Overall it was a bit difficult to consume mainly due to the intense funky house yeast they are using on the prairie.
