Poured from a 750 ml bottle, formerly corked and caged, into an unbranded tulip glass
Pours a hazy straw gold capped by a foamy bright white head. Average retention, little to no lacing. Bright citrusy notes, most notably lemon, mandarin orange, and yuzu balanced by earthy yeast. Opens with light but diverse hoppy citrus notes and hints of pineapple and passion fruit and perhaps some white grape. Yeasty earthiness with mild barnyard accents appear midpalate. Finishes semi-dry with bright and slightly bitter citrus and continued earthiness. Heavier side of light bodied, smooth and silky with moderate carbonation. A very tasty well-balanced brew. Recommended.
