Not sure of bottling date but served cold into a glass with a golden color, small bubble white leading to a small white foam ring with no lace left behind at all.
Smell nicely citrus, lemony with a funky brett barnyard aroma in the mix
Taste spot on with the nose. barnyard citrus with a touch of funk and pleasant sour
Feel is crisp and semi dry
Overall phenomenal and better than what I remember from initially tasting at a beer festival. would actually want more of these if they are around

On tap at When Pigs Fly. In a snifter the beer was gold in color with a small white head.

Aroma was floral and earthy, with some citrus.

A blast of tartness. Orange peel. Earthy.

Pleasant tart mouthfeel. Makes me want more.

I'm liking this brewery.

750 mL bottle poured into a snifter.

Appearance - Flat golden body. The thinnest collar.

Smell - Bretty and fruity. Tropical fruit. Earthy.

Taste - Brett is strong, as is the tropical fruit. The brett wins the battle, though. Bitter in the finish.

Mouthfeel - Flat. Medium body and a little tang.

Overall - Always weird from St. Somewhere. Could use some carbonation.

Pours an effervescent gold with a pinky of pearl colored head. This murks up a touch as the bottle hits the half-way point . Not much head retention ore lacing

S: Pear skins, a bit of funk & pineapple

T: Pineapple, a touch of white grape, white pepper & coriander up front, with just a touch of puckery sourness. More tropical fruit as this warms, pineapple with some acidic twang leading the way, plus a touch of lime peel & serious tartness. Finishes with an engaging tartness, a touch of golden delicious apple, pineapple & even some Chardonnay dryness

MF: Medium bodied with lively carbonation, a bracing tartness/acidity that keeps you wanting more

Super drinkability, I really enjoyed this, the tartness & pineapple kept me wanting more. Another winner from Prairie
