Poured from a 25 ounce corked and caged bottle. Pale straw color with tons of bubbles. Smells of a lambic and a farmhouse ale, and the flavor follows right behind. I found this to be a rather odd brew, with the farmhouse and lambic flavors competing throughout. Not a fan. (272 characters)

On tap at When Pigs Fly. In a snifter the beer was gold in color with a small white head.

Aroma was floral and earthy, with some citrus.

A blast of tartness. Orange peel. Earthy.

Pleasant tart mouthfeel. Makes me want more.

I'm liking this brewery. (252 characters)

Hazy gold to light brown with a quarter inch beige head. Little light will get through this. Aroma of tart Brett is what I detect in the nose. The taste is tast Brett with a sour cherry aftertaste. The mouth is moderately carbonated, crisp, and dry. (253 characters)

Pours glowing burnt orange with a nice amount of sediment. Aromas of citrus fruits, cherries, grapes and a musty basement. Taste is the same with a touch of straw on the end . . . Slightly sour, slightly. Feel is smooth, medium and carbonation fades fast once poured. Good beer. (278 characters)
