On tap at Big Hops in San Antonio, TX.
A - Pours black with one finger of creamydark brown / chocolate head.
S - It's got a nice peppery aroma with some chocolate and roasted malt.
T - Good amount of sweet chocolate, roasted malt, coffee, and pepper. The pepper gives it a nice flavor, with more of a peppery mouthfeel than a peppery taste.
M - Thick and very smooth and creamy. This goes down easy, and the 14% is extremely well hidden. Very easy drinking for a stout of this caliber.
O - This is one great stout. The pepper adds a great other dimension to this, and the smooth creamy mouthfeel combined with the will hidden alcohol make this a fantastic beer.

12 oz bottle poured in to a tulip. Thanks scotlyn911!
A- Pours like used motor oil with a half in brown head.
S- Lots of coffee and roastiness with some chili spice and alcohol in the background.
T- Oh, how this beer changes as it warms! The chilies become much more pronounced towards the end. My first impression was of a very roasty dryness, but the taste quickly transformed, showing signs of dark chocolate and raisins. Almost no sweetness.
M- The feel is medium-full with medium amount of carbonation
O- Very nice beer. Would have again.
