Appearance- Honey amber color with a one finger head poured. Some lacing present when consumed.
Aroma- Bright hoppy smells of citrus, pine, and tropical notes.
Taste- As the nose let on this is a hoppy pale ale bordering on a ipa, but it definitely isn't. The bright hop flavors (same as the nose) are offset by slight bread/caramel malt that becomes noticeable on the back end. The finish is a down side to this beer with a dry bland bread flavor.
Mouthfeel- Smooth slightly creamy. Easy drinking with no bitterness.
Overall- Nice hop flavors in this pale ale, but the malts kind of give this an awkward finish. Overall its very good and worth a try.
