Bottle from Tipples. Pours cloudy yellow with a big bubbly white head on top. Bretty funky tart aroma, lemon peels, dry dusty oakiness, funky yeast. Nice. Flavor is dry oaky Brett, yeast funk, some pineapple notes, apricot, a bit of tart citrus peel. Some juiciness and dryness, sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied, medium plus plus carbonation, very crisp finish. These guys really kill it with their funky farmhouse brews. Good stuff!

Pours a hazy-almost-cloudy dull gold with 2 fingers thick soapy white head. A sheet of wispy lace coats the glass to the end. Smell: herbal, doughy, dried pineapple, fruity... nice but muted. Taste: mildly tart and extremely juicy peach, herbal and grassy, some vinous + oak character, but it's really about the fruity brett action. Peach skin and herbal finish, medium bodied with building carbonation, drying throughout. Nice.

A: Clear golden yellow, with a massive white head that recedes to a thin film of bubbles on the surface. High levels of carbonation initially.

S: White wine, orange zest, and a bit of funk. Hints of tropical fruit sweetness and oak in the background. I'm guessing brett c was a major player. Definitely inviting.

T: Juicy tangerine, tart lemon, and white wine in foreground. Taste fades to tannic oak, crisp malt, and a hint of minerality I don't know how to place. Very drinkable, could put a few of these down pretty quickly without realizing it is 7%.

M: Light/medium mouthfeel with a lingering dry and slightly tannic finish.

O: Very easy drinking and enjoyable Saison. Reminiscent of a drier white wine. Wish I grabbed another bottle to cellar to see if the suspected brett c added a little more funk.
