A - Peach/Straw/Gold in color. Less carbonation than I expected. Appearances can be deceiving.
S - Sliced pear, Overripe Orange, Funk, Pepper, Wood, & A whole bunch of Farmhouse goodness.
T - Lot's of fruit flavors: Peach, Pears, Persimmon, Grape, Citrus, & Hawaiian Fruit (mostly Guava, my favorite!)
Hops are mild, yet add a bit of pepper/earth/grass to the already wildly complex flavors the yeast provide. Also a slight Candi Sugar/Spun Sugar thing going on that I am loving. There's that classic undercurrent of Brett that I see in all PAA saisons.
M ~ The mouthfeel on this is perfection. The Saison yeast PAA uses is already very dry & paired w/ the 100% French oak fermentation, it really shows in the finish.
D - leaves you feeling completely satisfied w/ sitting & waiting for that next sip, with an undetectable ABV.
Well done again guys.

Hazy yellow golden colored. A half inch thick off white head with vibrant carbonation bubbles within the beer. Brussels lacing. Aromas of pineapple, mango and a bit of funk waft out of my glass. The taste of peppery saison yeast is on the front of the palate. It is followed quickly by a gentle touch of the earthy rye. The rye lingers in the aftertaste along with the pineapple and mango notes. The carbonation on this beer is moderate and the mouth is pretty crisp and dry.
