A: Clear golden yellow, with a massive white head that recedes to a thin film of bubbles on the surface. High levels of carbonation initially.
S: White wine, orange zest, and a bit of funk. Hints of tropical fruit sweetness and oak in the background. I'm guessing brett c was a major player. Definitely inviting.
T: Juicy tangerine, tart lemon, and white wine in foreground. Taste fades to tannic oak, crisp malt, and a hint of minerality I don't know how to place. Very drinkable, could put a few of these down pretty quickly without realizing it is 7%.
M: Light/medium mouthfeel with a lingering dry and slightly tannic finish.
O: Very easy drinking and enjoyable Saison. Reminiscent of a drier white wine. Wish I grabbed another bottle to cellar to see if the suspected brett c added a little more funk.
