Great combination of bitter and fruity with just the right amount of malty sweetness. Medium golden amber in the tulip with plenty of foam. On tap at California Kebab in Pacific Beach.
Plenty bitter after some sipping. Maybe we could just dispense with the usual local IPA style featuring grapefruit pith and Pilsner malt, and just go straight to the Belgian yeast. This one could use more yeast and some more complex flavors. It's almost too much of just an IPA, which will be sure to please many. It's bitter, but drinkable.
It's really hoppy and full of hop flavors and aromas. It's a San Diego brew waiting for you to try it before it's gone. I hope they'll work on this recipe. As usual, it's clean and well made.
Serving type: on-tap
