Thanks to Pushkinwow for the bottle!

(A) Color a really nice peachish-pink hue with slightly less than a finger of light rose head, bubbly and short lived and leaving no lacing.

(N) Yogurt, stone fruit, biscuits/bread, yeast. It is unique, but I can't tell if I like it or think it smells...spoiled.

(T) Not so much as sour as it is tart, and only slightly so. Light cherries, bread, mild acidity with a bit of residual sweetness and hints of...yup, yogurt.

(M) Light and enough carbonation to keep it front falling completely flat.

(O) I think this is the start of something interesting and on a hot day, it drinks very nicely. I am curious if some time will add some complexity to the flavor.

A - Pours a reddy-pink. Cloudy. Minimal carbonation, little to no head as expected. No lace and no retention...also to be expected in the style. The colour is nice though!

S - Well you certainly can tell they used yogurt! Mildly tart/acidic aroma.

T - Less yogurt, thank god. Mild acidity, raspberry, cherry, sugar.

M - Very mild carbonation, medium body, yogurty finish with minimal acidity.

O/D - First off, 'sour' is not a style. This needs to stop. While a decent attempt, this is not really sour, tart, acidic, or anything else associated with styles using souring methods. I'm not sure if they used cherry either as it doesn't exactly become evident too much. It's nice that they're trying, but the execution fell way short. I'm not asking for Cantillon, but let's keep working at it.
