A smaller restaurant shoved into a smaller building, but definitely a nice combination between relaxed and higher end good eating. The bar side is quite noisy, but the eating side is a place where you can eat, enjoy some good beer, and still be heard.

Quality of the food and beer was quite good - bottles and cans only dominated by an even mix of imports and US craft. Most of the US craft was east coast and midwest (a lot of Ohio beers) but there was an occasional west coast heavy hitter here.

Service was good - staff was knowledgeable about the food and beer choices. Nothing special. My only gripe as to why I won't give them a 4 on service is that they have shaker pint glasses only. If they have different glasses for wine they can get different glasses for beer.

Selection: A full two page small print beer list. Yes....the wine list is about 10 pages, but that's to be expected. Still, a nice beer list with beer broken down into categories and styles. Nothing on tap/draft though, but the fact that they had a varying seasonal list told me that the selection was always going to be new and fresh. There were 8 seasonals just on the list when I was there.

Food: Accessible gourmet is how I would describe this food. Tasty, well put together, a bit high end, but not hoity toity.

Overall - a neat place, but a bit expensive. Not an every-night sort of place.
