I stopped in here during a recent vacation to Seattle.

V: This is a specialty shop offering a variety of foods, wine and beer.

Serv.: My review is only in reference to the wine/beer portion of the store. Staff were friendly and helpful during our brief visit.

Sel. One of the better selections in the area near Pike's market.

Overall, if you are visiting the famous Pike's market, I'd recommend stopping in here and seeing if they have anything that tickles your fancy. However, if you are opposed to visiting that area of Seattle altogether, then this is not a place to go out of your way for.

A good shop with lots of interesting foods along with a good supply of wine and beer. It's very good for its location in the heart of the tourist area but not all that competitive when you look at the surrounding area. Worth a visit if you're close by. But pricey!

I always stop in here when I visit Seattle, due to it being right next to Pike Brewing and the Fish Market at Pike Place. It's a high end food and grocery store, where you can get food to eat at the front too. The beer section is up the stairs in the back of the store, behind the wine. There is a great selection of bombers and six packs here, both warm and cold. They feature plenty of local West Coast beers, plus they have an extensive variety of exotic foreign beers. They also have a good selection of glassware for usually $4-5 each, mostly Belgian. Employees always smile and greet you. Prices are a bit higher, but chalk that up to location. Always worth a visit when you are in the Market area to see what they are selling for beers.
