Yes, this is what Bud should be like.
A - Extremely pale yellow with a small white head this vanishes in an instant.
S - Grainy corn smell. Not terrible, but nothing to shout about.
T - Light grain/corn combo flavor. Tiny hop bit, but mainly smooth with a slight sweetness as it warms. Pretty decent.
M - Fairly light, but for the style, not bad.
D - Quite drinkable, even though I'm not a lager fan. When American macros fashioned themselves after this it seems they forgot to retain what flavor the original had.

Pale gold with a vanishingly brief head.
Aroma of vegetal, grassy hops and doughy pale malt.
Crisp, off-dry and slightly tart, with brisk grassy noble hops over a soft crackery pils malt base. Clean, simple, and refreshing, with no flaws. Very slight hint of sulfur in the background.
Feather-light and almost watery, emphasis here is on drinkability.
Overall, a fine quaffable pilsner. Apparently over-hyped, perhaps owing to its name conflict with the fizzy American swill, but leaving all that aside it's still a quite nice pale lager in its own right.
