In a balanced pils like this all I can add is the up the average bitterness. I think they used a different hop from Pilsner Urquell, but I'd prefer if they hadn't .
Gold colour, need to rise the bottle when pouring beer to obtain a creamy foam.Nice bubbles in the middle of glass .
Smell is grassy.
Mouth can feel the typical bitterness of this style, and this starting from the first sip. The carbonation is ideal, one of the best results in my opinion.

Pale gold with a vanishingly brief head.
Aroma of vegetal, grassy hops and doughy pale malt.
Crisp, off-dry and slightly tart, with brisk grassy noble hops over a soft crackery pils malt base. Clean, simple, and refreshing, with no flaws. Very slight hint of sulfur in the background.
Feather-light and almost watery, emphasis here is on drinkability.
Overall, a fine quaffable pilsner. Apparently over-hyped, perhaps owing to its name conflict with the fizzy American swill, but leaving all that aside it's still a quite nice pale lager in its own right.
