Appearance: 11.2oz bottle pours golden brown. Small bubbles form 1 finger of white head. The head dissipates very quickly to a thin ring around the glass.
Smell: Malts and hops and alcohol dominate the smells. The alcohol is slight astringent, and a slight plum scent can be found.
Taste: Malty, yeasty and lemony flavors that are what I expected form this style.
Mouthfeel: Slight carbonated, and thin mouthfeel. The beer leaves the mouth feeling very clean.
Drinkability: Incredibly drinkable, and a great beer. I could drink this beer all night. It does not kill the pallet and is very balanced and smooth.

Pale gold with a vanishingly brief head.
Aroma of vegetal, grassy hops and doughy pale malt.
Crisp, off-dry and slightly tart, with brisk grassy noble hops over a soft crackery pils malt base. Clean, simple, and refreshing, with no flaws. Very slight hint of sulfur in the background.
Feather-light and almost watery, emphasis here is on drinkability.
Overall, a fine quaffable pilsner. Apparently over-hyped, perhaps owing to its name conflict with the fizzy American swill, but leaving all that aside it's still a quite nice pale lager in its own right.
