A: Slightly orangy gold, almost no head, no rising carbonation.
S: Malty honey, hay like hops, though not a very strong smell.
T: The flavor is what counts the most, and for me this is as good as Pilsners get. It doesn't even really taste like a pilsner to me. Warm flavor, almost Christmasy but not in a spicy way. It's like the hot cup of cinnamon spiked apple cider of beer. Very slightly bitter undertone which is mellowed out by a mild honey sweetness on top. Hearty, flavorful, perfect flavor.
M: Soft carbonation, smooth going down.
O: Fantastic beer. Top of my list for pilsners.

Pale gold with a vanishingly brief head.
Aroma of vegetal, grassy hops and doughy pale malt.
Crisp, off-dry and slightly tart, with brisk grassy noble hops over a soft crackery pils malt base. Clean, simple, and refreshing, with no flaws. Very slight hint of sulfur in the background.
Feather-light and almost watery, emphasis here is on drinkability.
Overall, a fine quaffable pilsner. Apparently over-hyped, perhaps owing to its name conflict with the fizzy American swill, but leaving all that aside it's still a quite nice pale lager in its own right.
