Color: Light gold with a snow white head, head is slightly thin but lasting with some lacing.
Aroma: Bread dough, apples, pears, dandelion flowers, straw, salt and alcohol and a hint of caramel.
Taste: Starts out with soft honey malt notes then bitter then dry. After a few sips it all becomes unified. There is something in the range of citrus leaves as well. I don't really taste all the notes expressed in the aroma but it is a great drink.
Notes: This beer is fairly light in body but so well balanced that it expresses some real weight on the palate. I am not typically a light lager drinker but this is one I enjoy.

Pale gold with a vanishingly brief head.
Aroma of vegetal, grassy hops and doughy pale malt.
Crisp, off-dry and slightly tart, with brisk grassy noble hops over a soft crackery pils malt base. Clean, simple, and refreshing, with no flaws. Very slight hint of sulfur in the background.
Feather-light and almost watery, emphasis here is on drinkability.
Overall, a fine quaffable pilsner. Apparently over-hyped, perhaps owing to its name conflict with the fizzy American swill, but leaving all that aside it's still a quite nice pale lager in its own right.
