Poured transparent golden straw color with a proud two inch white head.
The taste is a milder version of a good German Pilsner. Mild hops, mild malt mild floral notes, mild spices. But to their credit they got all the genre requirements. Just mellower.
The feel is also good, albeit mild.
Or maybe I just have Pilsner fatigue. This is my fourth today.

Canned 1/28/22; drank 5/12/22 @ the Yarchives.
See-through pale yellow appearance.
A rough pour yielded a big off-white head; strong, frothy lace.
Bread, fresh corn & faint pine notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Bread, corn & dry wheat flavors. Nice!

I only recently found this beer and it has become one of my all-time favorites. The taste is one of an authentic German or Austrian high quality pilsner. It reminds me of the EKU28 as well as the best-beer-in-the-world (for me), Samiclaus (although not quite up to the Samiclaus level). I'm hoping that I can find it again.

L- Mid gold, clear, pours with 1cm white head, plus some gentle rising CO2. Retains well, and leaves lacing down the sides of the glass.
S- Typical grainy pilsener.
T- Oh, more to it than expected. Some hoppy front, into a richer and deeper than expected finish.
F- I like it. Pilsener to me (at least German ones IME) are well hopped and thus dry, though a few stand-outs muster a deeper character. This seems to have a more enjoyable and broader flavour profile. It comes over to me as being higher ABV than 5.2%, which is unexpected, if I blind tasted it and was told this was say 6.0% I'd likely agree.
O- If I consider pilsener as generally a beer for summer, this one with a balancing body would seem more versatile. I do not note anything here out of place or balance.
I like it. It's not THAT memorable that I'd specifically keep an eye out for it in future but I'd certainly drink it again. I haven't read any other reviews below yet ('so as to keep my thoughts pure' ;)) but I'm quite surprised that it has only merited 3.27/Okay so far.
500ml. Bought in the UK from BeersOfEurope. BB: 16/06/2019.

Had on tap at Tricycle in Chicago.
Super crisp fairly clean golden with a white head. A little cracker. Pretty easy to drink. Style is true for the most part. Couldn’t find any flaws really. Good beer

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a medium golden amber with a fine half finger white head with great retention and nice lacing. A little skunk on opening the bottle even though it is a sensible brown bottle. Aroma of pilsner malt, grain, grassy hops, a touch of lemon and skunk; a pretty standard pilsner profile. Flavor is grainy biscuit and pilsner malt, a touch of adjunct style sweet malt, grassy hops and mild lemon. Finishes with mellow grainy, but not husky malt and grassy hops with a slight tartness. Medium bodied with light creaminess and good carbonation. I suspect a somewhat older bottle here, particularly from the skunkiness, which should not happen in a short period of time in a brown bottle, but given that, this is a nice mellow tasting, classic German pilsner with a to-style grainy malt and continental hops. A slight lemon tartness in the finish balances with the malt. I'm not sure why this is getting such low scores, because even this probably old bottle tastes pretty good and while a little on the mellow side, is a satisfying pilsner.

This was actually a nice Pilsener (has that crisp, snappy flavor) and I'm surprised it's not rated higher. The beers were a little old, and yet I though they was a fine example of the style.
