Bottled on April 7, 2013. Sampled on May 11, 2013.
It pours a cloudy pale yellow with a bubbly, lingering head and a little yeast sediment floating about.
The aroma is of floral hops, earth, and bread. All work well off each other and nothing overpowers the other.
Light to medium body.
The taste also has a pleasant sweetness and breadiness with the floral hops played down a little and a touch of citrus. Overall and easy to drink and refreshing beer.

Pours a lightly hazy medium golden color with a nice bubbly white head that persists for a while before impaling itself to the sides of the glass. Smells of light bread and honey like malts with a hint of light pitted fruits and a solid shot of Belgian yeasty esters. light floral and earthy hop aromas provide a fitting contrast to the malty sweetness. The flavor is more Belgian pale ale than IPA to me. Light sweet fruity malts with lots of clove to counter. Earthy and spicy hops provide some balance. Light to medium body with a moderate to high level of carbonation and a sweet watery mouthfeel. Decent beer, technically nothing wrong with it, just not really my thing.

Pours medium hazy gold with some bottle conditioned floaties - I wasn't overly careful with the pour, but that's ok. Not much of a foam head, but what you get lasts and leaves a little clingy foam.
What an odd aroma. Pine needles, dry toasted malt, chemical (like glue, plastic or turpentine). This is a turn off. As it opens a bit, I get some sweet grain.
Dry brew, with toasted malt and bitter hop presence. Malt is toasty and lean and mean. Hops are pure bitter. Not a juicy one here. Malt, hop leaf, and grain in the finish. Decent. But there's something else there. If I can't ID it, I can't knock them for it.
Medium bodied, but just barely. A little loose. Nice carbonation.
Um...alot of flavor comes from aroma. And that just killed me. And I swear I was getting some plastic in the flavor as well.
