Pour from the can is a slightly hazy golden straw yellow. 2 fingers of soft white head, which fade fairly quickly.
Nose is pretty soft, with hints of bready yeast, banana, and orange/lemon.
Taste is rather nice. Pretty heavy yeast and bread notes, with a solid banana backbone. The citrus kinda gets lost. Finishes with a big yeasty component again.
Mouth feel is medium light. Just about right.
I really enjoyed this. No epic Hefe by any means, but a really nice, solid drinkable Hefe, and in a can, from a local brewery no less. Flavors could be bigger, sure, but really solid beer.
