A: cool label and I love the name. Pours a deep copper with fizzy light tab head that dissipates quite quickly.
S: big aromas of pumpkin pie spices, nutmeg and cinnamon. A hint of alcohol and some wood. Sweet sugary syrup. As it warms the wood comes out nicely.

T: starts very watery, then transitions to very sweet malty goodness. Heavy caramel flavor that carries a big hit of pumpkin pie spices. Lots of nutmeg and cinnamon. A crisp nuetral hop in the second half, with the ityiest bit of wood. Finish is sharp and has a slight woody vanilla flavor, but it's very mild.
M: much lower carbonation than I anticipated. Smooth, slick, oily. Full bodied.

I bought a single but I'd def but more. The best beer from 2 roads by far for me. Could use some more rum from the barrels, but overall really good.

CT beer run pickup of single bottle. Poured into a pint glass. 10/26

Pours darker brown, right on the cusp of being black. Bubbly white foam. Sweeter malt nose, cinnamon, nutmeg. Spiced rum nose. Taste is a strong pumpkin malt, but interupted by a rum coconut flavor. Vanilla pokes through as well. Lots happening here. Interesting for sure, give credit for the creativity.

12oz brown bottle with a freshness date.

This beer has the best aftertaste of any pumpkin beer I have tried, level spicing and barrel aging did the trick here. Seriously, Roadsmany's Baby is fun to drink let alone the name which is a hoot. This beer is not just for Halloween, if you can still grab a bottle or few save it for early winter.

LOOK: Nice froth, elegant lacing, hazed dark chestnut hue

SMELL: Well rounded; spice, toasted grain, malty, subtle alcohol, wood, brown sugar, pumpkin, cinnamon

TASTE: Incredibly smooth, dried grassy, toasted bread crust, pie spice, pumpkin flesh, mild wood tannin, kiss of alcohol, earthy, drying tannic wood finish

Nice dark bronze ruby/copper color. Pretty hazy. Not really any head or lacing.

Nose is soft with a little nutmeg and pumpkin spice, a little booziness, mostly scotch.

Taste has a nice burst of spice up front, followed by a little malty sweetness and caramel. Finish is a soft scotch note.

Feel is a medium, a little thinner than I'd like.

Decent. Nice spice. Good balance. Could use a little more robustness to flesh it out more. But a nice addition to the pumpkin line up.
